When you request a mail-in shipping kit or estimate on scanyourfilm.com, we collect your contact and shipping information to fulfill your request, provide tracked shipping labels, and communicate regarding your order. Form processing is handled through our secure self-hosted Mautic CRM at atlas.biho.cloud.
We use first-party, privacy-respecting measurement through our self-hosted Matomo analytics instance at eits.biho.cloud. When you interact with our pricing calculator or submit an inquiry, interaction events are recorded in aggregate to help us evaluate site performance and campaign efficiency. We do not store personal details inside website analytics events.
If your browser emits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal or you request essential-only measurement, third-party advertising tags are completely disabled, and our self-hosted Matomo service operates in cookieless mode without persistent storage.
If you have questions about your personal information, shipping records, or data retention, contact hello@bodhi-industries.com. Bodhi Industries, LLC, 602 State Street, Suite E1, Cedar Falls, IA 50613.
